Napa Valley College Hospitality Institute is presenting a TiPs training to hospitality professionals.TiPs is a certified program providing the skills to help servers, sellers, and consumers of alcohol how to prevent intoxication, drunk driving, and underage drinking. Hospitality Professionals will acquire the customer services skills to professional handle customers consuming alcohol and limit potential liability for their business.
NVC Tips will be delivered by Hospitality Institute Trainer who is a Certified TiPs instructor. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the training. The cost for the training is $45 and includes materials. Training for Intervention Procedures (TiPs)
